  12. I have run into some strange problems. When I select the Printer Setup
  13. dialog box, and choose the option "Print table of contents (TOC) with
  14. documents" and try to print the document, I do not get any TOC. Only the
  15. full document appears on the printer.

  17. Another problem comes with preview. From the preview window I choose the
  18. Print Page option. Nothing happens!! Is this known, and will this be
  19. solved?

  21. When dealing with larger documents these options are very important,
  22. using EZ and ATK.

  24. System: SUN4.1.2, NFS, ATK 5.1, Ez 7.0, GROFF
