  16. I will begin taking orders now for the miniboard .

  18. The price is $12.00 U.S. each in advance.

  20. C.O.D. is $12.00 U.S. each + $4.00 COD + $1.00 my hastle factor.
  21. I really don't want to COD more than 1 or 2 boards to a given 
  22. person due the the risks. (I have to pay COD+ 2 way shipping if
  23. refused).

  25. I will take checks (preferred) or money orders.  Checks will be
  26. cashed upon receipt and a postcard mailed to your address to
  27. confirm receipt of your check and the expected ship date.  In
  28. my opinion most people will only be risking either $12 or $24
  29. and really thats not much cash.

  31. The boards will be fabbed on September 1, 1992.  Checks/orders
  32. not in by that time will be returned after the 15th.  If on the
  33. 15th we have enough for a second run I will run those pcbs also
  34. the following weekend.

  36. After the 15th my involvement will have to be very low as classes
  37. will be hot and heavy by then.

  39. The Miniboard is a design by Fred Martin at MIT.

  41. The board contains/provides sites for 68hc11/analog i/o/
  42. digital i/o and motor controller for dc motors.  Perfect
  43. for those of us who would like to control the world--
  44. (at little bit at a time)

  54. I would REALLY like to do this ONCE as its not a "for profit"
  55. operation. So please don't delay.  The best situation for me
  56. is to begin this on the 5th and be done on Sunday with no
  57. additional runs.

  59. The PCB will be rectangular about 2.9 x 3.1 (in) double sided 
  60. with solder mask and plated through holes.  All traces are solder
  61. plated.  There will NOT be a silkscreen legend, but a photo
  62. copy showing parts placement will be provided.  Components
  63. are NOT included.  I have not heard of any problems with the
  64. layout and do not attest to its accuracy.  From my experience
  65. its ok anyway if it need a few cuts, as most people will be
  66. making their own modifications for the puposes anyway.
