  10. I'm currently experimenting with xntp3 on a few machines prior to updating
  11. our primary servers to version 3.  One odd thing that I have noticed is
  12. that the delay values reported by ntpq have changed substantially (they are
  13. even negative sometimes).

  15. Is this a sign of some bug, or has the procedure used to calculate delays
  16. changed?
