- I'm currently experimenting with xntp3 on a few machines prior to updating
- our primary servers to version 3. One odd thing that I have noticed is
- that the delay values reported by ntpq have changed substantially (they are
- even negative sometimes).

- Is this a sign of some bug, or has the procedure used to calculate delays
- changed?
