- Hello ntp guru,
-
- I'm looking for some assistance in configuring the ntp system at our
- site. At the moment the network that I am concerned with consists of only
- two computers. One of them will have a UTC feed in the future, but for
- testing purposes we would like them to syncronize to one of the computers'
- internal clock. I have completed the following:
-
- 1. Installed the ntpd daemons on both machines.
- 2. Configured each to be a peer of the other.
- 3. Verified that the daemons are working through ntpdc.
-
- What seems to happen is that they move farther apart. My big question
- is how do I configure the daemons so they will syncronize automaticaly?
-
- Any help will be appreciated.
-
- Thanks,
-
- Ben Griffin
