- ->Hello,
- ->
- ->Being a user of the 3c503 kernel of PC/TCP, I'm curious to know if the
- ->shell is supposed to work with that.
- ->
- ->As far as the generic kernel goes, I still can't get the newsx.exe to
- ->work at standard dos using the bat file suggested. What I get is a
- ->statement that the device is loading. Then finally, I get a message that
- ->says, that the driver has been unloaded, and I'm back at the dos prompt
- ->again.

-
- When the Trumpet newsreader is unzipped it's named news.exe. Newsx.exe
- expect the newsreader to be named news2.exe.
-
- Try renaming your news.exe file to news2.exe and see if it works then.
