  23. The old WATTCP kernel and the ftp client has some bugs which could
  24. cause ftp downloads to fail (but would not affect most other uses). 
  25. These have been fixed, to the best of my knowledge. 
  26. (I fixed a few of them.)  The fixes were incorporated
  27. into the software at Waterloo a couple of months ago.
