  13. I'm looking for some code, or pointers or both.

  15. I need to do RAW packet input and output via NDIS from a 
  16. Windows/386 application.
  17.  
  18. I'm no PC expert, but I know some Protected-to-Real-to-Protected
  19. shenanigans are gonna have to happen.
  20.  
  21. Anyone know anything out there in the Public Domain which can 
  22. do this for me?

  24. Note that I need RAW packet access, and, if necessary we can assume 
  25. no other NDIS clients are running.
