- Hello Gregory!
-
- I am taking the liberty of writing to you directly in the hope that
- you may know an answer to my question. (I saw your name in one of the
- conferences).
-
- I am trying to setup/learn the Serial Line Interface Protocol SLIP of
- TCP/IP. I have a system where slip and nfs can be setup. Being not
- associated with a Univ or Company at present (I spent a lot of my graduate days
- there and used to teach full time at UCB in the early 70s --
- had an office at Evans Hall, where I see you are located!) I dont
- have access to a node with SLIP interface. Do you know of any nodes
- that would allow something like a guest access thru SLIP, here in our
- area, preferably local to me here in Sunnyvale?
-
- Thank you for any help you can provide!
-
- Cordially, Chacko
