  24.  I have fixed this problem after seeing it happen on Gateway 2000 machines,
  25. among others. Try using the -n switch on the telbin command. Thus;

  27.       telbin -n -h c:\telnet\config.tel
  28.  
  29. This will disable the screen refresh, and works for me every time.
