  13. I am experiencing a problem with getting NCSA telnet to work with a
  14. Dell 333p 386 33mhz machine.
  15.  
  16. I am using an ibm token ring card, the ibmtoken software, and plain
  17. vanilla telnet.  This same set up has worked on most clones I have 
  18. used (treasure chest, dtk, alr, etc) without a hitch.
  19.  
  20. I have tried slowing the machine down, disabling the shadow ram, 
  21. disabling all the serial ports, booting with a barren bootable
  22. floppy disk, etc., with no luck.
  23.  
  24. Any suggestions?  I was somewhat appalled by the fact that none of
  25. the Dell technicians had heard of the internet, let alone NCSA software, 
  26. so they have been of no help.
