  15. This may well be because you've got some IP addresses already cached.
  16. I just checked again, at least two root servers (c.nyser.net and 
  17. ns.nic.ddn.mil) return no information when queried for NS records 
  18. for the navy.mil domain (or, for that matter, when queried for ANY information
  19. on navy.mil). My question stands: what is going on with this domain?
