  12.     Does anyone have updated info on how to receive copies of RFC's (as 
  13. described in Appendix 3 of Comer's TCP/IP)  The info-server described does
  14. not seem to respond and the 800 number is disconnected. Also, has anyone
  15. had problems passing large messages using Tli (tcp) on Sun Sparc's ? It
  16. seems to loose part of the data for lengths > 4096 on sends and to fragment
  17. at 1460 on receives. Any suggestions ???
