  12. I'm doing a story for Communications Week about all the various SNMP
  13. consortia, and I'd be interested in talking to both users and vendors
  14. about them.  Specifically, I'd like to know what consortia you belong
  15. to, why, what you get out of them, what costs there are, and what the
  16. benefits are.  There seems to be an awful lot of them; are they really
  17. all necessary?  And if you're a user, how do you feel about a vendor
  18. that belongs to many of these groups?  Is it favorable or unfavorable?
