- I want to provide NFS support for a project I'm working on at home.
-
- I will have a V40 processor card with 1M of memory & an ethernet
- interface. It will have a ram-disk implemented on it, and I would
- like to have the ability to NFS mount filesystems from existing
- NFS servers.
-
- So I'm looking for pointers to non-commercial, small, NFS client
- source code. I've already got 386BSD, and I'm looking at that,
- but if anyone has already invented a freely distributable version of
- this particular wheel, I'd love to hear from you. There will be
- a socket level programming interface provided.
-
- If I am willing to ignore user-id/printer issues (ie, only export
- read-only/disposable filesystems from the server) am I right in
- thinking that I can ignore things like pscnfsd ?
-
- I have the Usenix paper & the RFCs, so even XDR/RPC/portmapper
- source code would be very useful.
-
- Thanks in advance,
