  11. You'll need to be a little more specific.  Is it that you want to run a Pascal 
  12. program using standard DCL syntax (i.e. $ yourprog/yourqual yourparam) or that 
  13. you want to be able to pass DCL commands through your Pascal program and have 
  14. them executed?
