  21.     My understanding is that VMS and ultrix is not widely used in 
  22.     universities and other research institutions compared to other 
  23.     unix derivations because of the administrative overhead caused 
  24.     by correctly using lmf.
  25. Since I have seen much overhead if one is being honest then means (a)
  26. most universities and research institution are run by crooks too
  27. dishonest to even join the CSLG, or (b) the real problem was a price/perfomance
  28. gap several years back.

  31. I doubt it and would be fascinated to see evidence that it will.
