  20. If only it were true that we had such forsight!  The kudos really have to
  21. go to DEC for making VMS on Alpha so much like VMS on VAX.  There were no
  22. structural changes to MultiNet on Alpha.  The biggest change for us was in
  23. going to a different "C" compiler (we use GCC on VAX and DEC "C", aka GEM C,
  24. on Alpha).
