  30. There are a wide range of packages which provide support TCP/IP 
  31. on VMS (Multinet and Woolongong among them). They all (at least 
  32. as far as I recall) provide support for Mail.

  40. There are several packages out there which provide this service. 
  41. I believe that the packages mentioned above to provide at least 
  42. major parts of the required support. Additionally, there is the 
  43. ANU NEWS package, which is obtainable from the DECUS library, 
  44. which supports quite a range of different formats and protocols 
  45. for exchanging news.
