  11. I recently ported (mostly just recompiled) POVRay to OS/2.  For those who don't
  12. know, POVRay is a ray-tracer (the successor to DKBTrace) that is available on 
  13. several different platforms.  It seemed to work fine on my machine, but now 
  14. someone else is trying to use it and he is getting 'Message file not found' 
  15. messages when he tries to run it.  I figure that he needs the .MSG files (or at
  16. least one of them) out of /ibmc/help.  Is it legal to distribute these files?
  17. I would think that it is, but I'm not sure.  Does anyone know 'for sure'?
