- I can answer the first question. Yes, there is, starting with OS/2
- 1.3. I believe there's a small utility which will perform this feat
- located on ftp-os2.nmsu.edu. Unfortunately I have forgotten the name,
- but check in the /pub/os2/1.x directory.
