  17. Note that they must be 2-color.  The only colors used by these icons
  18. are solid, and hollow.  All solid colors come out black, and all
  19. hollow colors come out in the same color as the menu background.

  21. This is odd, since a 32x32 (or 40x40) icon, scaled to the box, will
  22. come out in full color.  But a full-color 16x60 (or 20x20) icon comes
  23. out black.
