  16. I would like to know how to spawn a DOS shell from OS2/1.3 command line.
  17. Also, is it possible to shuffle windows (physical location with respect
  18. to other windows) from the command line. Finally, is it possible to
  19. intercept Ctrl-esc, Alt-esc and Alt-tab keys under OS2.
