- About a month ago I throw out a question about TCP/IP routing with OS/2
- 2.0 and TCP/IP 1.2.1. I ran out of time to play around with it then but
- now I have been given the time to get it up and running. I understand
- how everything works in theory but I have not found any practical
- examples of how to get this thing to work.
-
- I have a PS/2 with a Token Ring card (example addr of 150.40.8.40) and
- an Ethernet card (example addr of 150.40.9.1). I have a machine on the
- Token Ring (example addr of 150.40.8.41) that I wish to be able to talk
- to the hosts and routers on the Ethernet. What settings do I look for
- on the PS/2 (the potential router)? and how do I configure ROUTE on the
- Token Ring client?
-
- IBMLink told me to call up my SE's which told me to send a note to
- IBMLink...
-
- thanks
