  23. YES IT IS! I am running Telix right now with OS/2SPEED and except for
  24. during downloads and big screen redrawrs, the line is very flat and low.
  25. It pulses with comm actvity as you would expect an OS/2 aware program to
  26. be. Telix has been DV aware for years now.
