- One possibility is you're not waiting long enough for the window to come
- up. With the "pulse" window open, try double-clicking and watch system
- activity. If the icon becomes shaded and the system activity drops to
- idle, read on. If the system activity is high and the window eventually
- opens, this is your problem and extra memory will help.
-
- Are you having this problem with Folders or Programs? If they're programs,
- look in the settings page for a check box "Open Minimized". This should
- be unchecked to open the program into a window. If they're folders,
- you should report it to IBM through channels, because folders should
- never open minimized.
