  11. There is a keyboard routine called ou.exe which controls
  12. the repeat rate,delay, and validation times of Northgate
  13. Omni-key keyboards.  In DOS days, I put this in my autoexec.bat
  14. file.  Has anyone successfully used this (or an equivalent) 
  15. routine with os/2?  Can you describe the syntax and location
  16. of your success?
