- I have installed OS/2 on a clone 386-25 with a Genius Mouse.
- When I first installed (I selected the Mouse Systems Mouse driver),
- the mouse didn't work at all--it just sat in the middle of the
- screen.
-
- I managed to complete the installation and exit the tutorial
- by just using the keyboard and then shutdown the system. When I
- rebooted, everything worked fine. Oh, on my mouse, the middle
- button acts as the right button. I actually like this since I find
- it easier to click with those two fingers anyway...
-
-
- Hope this helps...

- SHUTDOWN from keyboard:
- As I remember, press CTRL-ESC to bring up the task list and select
- the Desktop. Now press the SPACEBAR to de-select the current icon.
- Press SHIFT-F10 to bring up the destop menu and then select Shutdown.
- (This is from memory, but I think it is right.)
