- I did say no with respect to OS2BOOT. (I have been told via netmail
- that some people have succeeded in unmarking and defragmenting this
- file, but I don't recommend it.)

- Partly experience, partly an educated guess.

- The safest course, and the course I still recommend, is not to tamper
- -- just defragment without unmarking anything. The performance
- difference is likely to be miniscule.
