  14. If I use "procs" it reports that PMSHELL is running twice. Is this normal?
  15. I suspect not and that it is a result of an imperfect recovery from a disaster
  16. that left me with two desktops.

  18. How can I tidy up? Killem does nothing on one of these processes and on the 
  19. other it just shuts down the wps which then restarts itself.
