  18. Depending on what you want to modify in the dll you may want to look
  19. at a tool called EXE Tool.  It is a PM based tool which lets you
  20. view, modify, and extract resources from EXE, DLL and RES files.
  21. The current version supports extraction and updating of 1.x
  22. executable files and extraction only for 2.0 files.  It's not
  23. shareware, or freeware, however.  It costs $49.95 + 5.00 s/h.
