  10. When I use WP 5.1 under OS/2, it has a very hard time opening 
  11. text files.  Little ones will eventually open, but with large ones,
  12. say over 80k, WP says "DOS text conversion in progress", but it
  13. just sits there for minutes (or longer, I haven't waited) with
  14. no hard disk accesses or anything.  I went through it with
  15. IBM Tech Support in Florida, and they were able to duplicate the problem, 
  16. but it was kind of left as, "well, you should call back and see if
  17. there's any news, this report will be automatically erased in
  18. 28 days."  Didn't inspire too much confidence.

  20. There must be people running WP under OS/2.  This seems like a
  21. pretty major bug.  I hope this one isn't just erased after 28 days.
  22. Anybody out there have this problem?  Or a work around for it?
