- Okay, I stand here, blushing about my earlier tirade about how long it has
- taken for IBM's Redemption Center to get around to sending me my free
- upgrades. I just came back from lunch, and found that I had a big, heavy
- box waiting in Receiving for me. Turns out it's my upgrades. Wow, I guess
- the squeaky wheel really does get the grease. <grin>
-
- I am glad that IBM finally shipped the upgrades, but I am still disappointed
- by the time it took. (Plus, I am still waiting for my copy of the Toolkit).
- If IBM doesn't start marketing OS/2 correctly, they *will* lose to MS. For
- any of its bad points, MS does know how to market software to the masses,
- and even to the developers.
