  27. You can set the icon text color using a ctrl-drag drop from the 
  28. color palette.  However, I have been frustrated by some inconsistant 
  29. behavior when appling the various font and scheme palettes.

  32. I recommend using the free utility called syscols2.zoo from
  33. ftp-os2.nmsu.edu in the /pub/os2/all/sysutils directory.

  35. Not only does it come with a lot of sample color palettes but it allows
  36. you to save customized color palettes into files for tranfer between
  37. computers.  It also is more clearly labled than the os2 scheme palette and 
  38. tends to be less buggy than the color palette and scheme palette.
  39. Just make sure that you press the 'keep' button if you want a customized
  40. color palette to survive the shutdown.  This stumped me for a bit when I 
  41. started using this utility.
