- Greetings,
-
- I have a small (?) problem with my printer on OS/2.
-
- It is an HP Laserjet IIp connected via a parallel port to my system. The
- printer has 2 1/2 meg of memory.
-
- All interrupts are correct.
- The Laserjet IIp driver is installed (according to the setup screen).
-
- The printer works properly if I "print" a file. However, if I try
- to perform a print-screen (or print anything from a program that is
- graphical in nature) the system will act as if it is printing. An
- icon will be created in the printer window (if it is opened), the system
- will chug along for a while, and then the icon will disappear. Nothing
- will go to the printer, and the printer will not have been sent anything,
- not any garbage, not any characters, nothing.
-
- I have RTFMed, but have no clue. Any ideas?
-
- Please e-mail replies and I will summarize if it seems appropriate.
-
- Thanks in advance.
-

- JB
