  10. Having bought my S3 card in late May, I'm still waiting for the announcement
  11. of OS/2 2.0 drivers for my Orchid F1280. And I'm not the only one |
  12.  
  13. Now, before I start thinking of getting rid of my Orchid and buying an ATI
  14. Graphics Ultra, I would like to know if the Orchid will provide the same
  15. accelleration facilities to OS/2 as it does to Windows, once the drivers
  16. will be there (in September as I read recently) ? Forgive me if this is
  17. obvious, I'm not an expert on this. This reason why I'm in doubt is that in
  18. a recent posting of someone who contacted Orchid, they said the Fahrenheit
  19. was designed to speed up Windows and wondered why one would buy it with
  20. the intention to run OS/2. In another posting it was suggested that Orchid
  21. was awaiting the release of the 32 bit engine.
