  15. Is there a way to shutdown the system without being prompted Yes/No/Cancel
  16. for all resident programs?  Is there a converse to startup.cmd or some such
  17. feature?

  19. It would be nice not to have to wait for the O/S to query you about each
  20. program that you have loaded.
