- After applying the patches from ftp-os2.nmsu.edu, I have not had any
- system failures any more, except occasional stoppages which were
- remedied by dropping the running clock. The clock might somehow interact
- badly with some of the other applications, hence my question is here:
- can anybody confirm my observation that the PM clock just might bring
- down the system?

- Actually, another necessary condition to a stable system seemed to be:
- don't mess with the icons! I have a collection from hobbes which I
- used to decorate Dos applications on the WPS. But more often than none,
- during such a design session I would encounter system problems...
