- Speaking of bugs, here is a really bad one: I am experiencing an inconsistent
- inability to run DOS sessions. I get sys0008, not enough memory. However, I
- have 16 MB (Well, 20 but only 16 are recognized by OS/2 :-() and over 100 MB
- free on the swapper partition, which always remains at 1048 Bytes!
-
- The support person said she thinks the problem is because I have COM2 and COM3,
- but not COM1! I think to myself, so? What is the relation? Anyway, I am
- beginning to wonder if I have some flakey cards, but OS/2 should really be
- giving me a more appropriate error message, then. Has anyone else had this
- problem with OS/2? I sometimes find myself unable to access my DOS programs,
- since my disk is formatted HPFS! This is quite unacceptable. Any ideas?
-
- Thanks.
- Meir
