  23. Get the OS2SPEED.ZIP program from ftp-os2 (it's in the \pub\downloads
  24. directory, only a couple of days old).  Or, you could get TAME, both
  25. these programs reduce the "CPU hoggery" of DV aware programs (like GSZ
  26. for instance which thinks its owns the whole CPU!)
