- Nope, you lose the ability to START as well. You cannot run DOS and
- Windows applications without PMSHELL. At least, CMD.EXE does not
- provide this ability. DETACH will work, though. Note, however, that
- you can start PM at any time by executing PMSHELL.EXE.
