- Could be. I know that significant work is is progress to improve COM port
- handling in OS/2. A beta of these improvements was just sent out 8/13.
- It would sound like you might need the new DOS property COM_DIRECT_ACESS
- set to ON to by-pass the COM port buffering OS/2 does. The package
- also has other COM port enhancements. Look for COMMGA.ZIP
