  23. At the major preview/presentation that MS gave at the show, they said
  24. that the 1st version will incorporate POSIX & OS/2 *full screen* APIs, and
  25. that presentation manager would be added to a second release next year.

  27. When questioned, they admitted:
  28.  1. OS/2 support means OS/2 1.x
  29.  2. The POSIX support will be system calls (& programmer libraries) only,
  30.       not shell/etc.

  32. Another interseting point about the presentation: Several IBM staff
  33. were in the audience - one admitted to me (privately) that they were 
  34. just checking out the opposition :-).
