- I just tried using the "PULSE" program, and noticed that when I have a DOS
- window open with FREEMACS (a little EMACS clone) running, CPU usage is up at
- 100%. This is silly. I tried using TAME, which works with Desqview, but this
- didn't have any noticeable effect.
-
- Is there a way to reduce the CPU hoggery of DOS programs?
