  11. Because of numerous demands, I have released the source code of Phone-
  12. Attention, now at level 4.0.  This is a simple small utility that pops
  13. up a message box when the phone is ringing (on the modem) and with a
  14. dialling directory, that lets you dial with the modem.

  16. The only alteration between 4.0 and 3.0 is an altered voice dialling, as
  17. the previous obviously didn't work on all modems.

  19. The source code is written in Modula-2 (JPI TopSpeed Modula-2 3.01), without 
  20. any thoughts of public inspection at that time.
