  18. Why shouldn't they? If they develop 16-bit drivers now (ie- had them out
  19. TODAY, which obviously isn't possible) they wouldn't support seemless windows,
  20. and when you got the 32-bit GUI they wouldn't work at all. What would you have
  21. then? Exactly nothing. <g>

  23. As a consolation- the 32-bit GUI is supposed to ship w/ many SVGA drivers for
  24. popular boards. With luck the S3 chipset will be among them.
