  20. I had some problems with PM Chart until I put IOPL=YES in CONFIG.SYS
  21. and rebooted.  The PMATM DLL is apparently marked as requiring IOPL,
  22. and, with IOPL=NO in my CONFIG.SYS, I was having trouble.  (This
  23. problem has been reported to IBM.)
