  11. I have two rather pressing problems:
  12. 1.I can't shut my system down. If I choose shut down it asks me if
  13. I'm sure if I want to close all my applications and such (after
  14. having a problem I Made sure that NO program is running, I checked
  15. by pressing ctrl-esc and making sure the list only included the desk
  16. top), when I answer in the affirmative the popup disapears and
  17. nothing happens. I have tried repeatedly to shut down to no avail.
  18. 2.My swapper.dat file is currently at 7340032 bytes according to the
  19. os/2 file/seek utility. My swapper file USUALLY hovers around 3-4
  20. megs, not 7.
  21. My hardware setup is as follows:
  22. IBM 486DX 33MHZ
  23. 210 WESTERN DIGITAL PYRANNA DRIVE
  24. IRWIN INTERNAL TAPE BACKUP
  25. SOUND BLASTER CARD WITH IRQ SET TO 5
  26. EXTERNAL 2400 BAUD MODEM
  27. SUPER VGA W/1 MEG RAM
  28. 8 MEGS SYSTEM RAM
  29. I run my screen using a trident 800x600x16 driver.
  30. I would appretiate any help that can be offered.
