- Again, ONLY the low and double density Mac disks utilize the variable
- speed disks. High Density Mac disks DO NOT use the variable speed
- of the drive (hence the reason you can buy a cheap Teac SCSI HD drive
- and use it as a superdrive on the mac...of course, it won't read DD and LD
- disks, but who cares?). We should be able to use HD disks in our drives
- WITHOUT and additional hardware.
