- That's the one thing that I do not understand - the comparison of NT to
- OS/2 2.0 GA. From everything that I have seen that has a resemblance to an
- official Microsoft position, NT is not a desktop operating system. Which
- leads to two questions: why compare it to a desktop operating system and
- what is it (NT) intended to be?
