  14. I have bought a FastData PowerWin VGA card from FastMicro Direct 
  15. Express.  The card features an ET4000 chip and a RAMDAC HIColor 
  16. chip.  FastMicro (Phoenix, AZ) claims ET4000 is an accelerator 
  17. chip and will run Windows 6 times faster.  But when I install it
  18. into my 386SX-16Mhz computer with the correct Windows' turbo driver,
  19. it doesn't seem faster than my old Video 7 (256K).  It is even
  20. slower without using the turbo driver.
  21.  
  22. Did I do anything wrong in my window setup ?
  23. Please help.
